I found a fun calendar today….the National Day Calendar!
If you follow me on twitter at @LizzieRWhite you probably saw that I tweeted about missing National Squirrel Appreciation Day this morning. It was yesterday, January 21st, and I was a bit upset about missing it because one of my favorite animals is the flying squirrel. So that I don’t miss any more cool National Day’s I spent some time this afternoon making a list of some extra fun sounding ones.
What do you think?
January 24th - National Compliment Day
January 25th - National Opposite Day: Um, you might get yourself in trouble with this day so be careful.
January 27th - National Chocolate Cake Day: YES!!! That’s next Wednesday! Make a note of it.
February 4th - National Homemade Soup Day: Chicken Noodle Soup….mmmm my favorite!
February 9th - National Pizza Day: Dino’s here I come!!!
February 11th - National Don’t Cry Over Spilled Milk Day: Be positive, life is too short to be anything else.
February 14th - National Ferris-Wheel Day: and it’s on Valentines Day! Can’t get any better than celebrating Valentines Day sitting high in the sky with your Valentine.
February 16th - National Do A Grouch a Favor Day: Who knows maybe you can help them be less grumpy.
February 17th - National Random Acts of Kindness Day: This is seriously one of the best national days every. I try to spread kindness every day. Maybe every day should be National Random Acts of Kindness Day.
February 18th - National Crab Stuffed Flounder Day: REALLY??? If this is a day then I need to figure out how to create a National Lizzie Day!
February 20th - National Love Your Pet Day: Can’t forget this one.
February 26th - National Tell a Fairy Tale Day: I’ll try to remember to share one of my favorite Fairy Tales with you all on this day. It involved Princess Elizabeth.
February 27th - National Polar Bear Day: To celebrate this one please DO NOT try to hug a polar bear.
Sometime at the end of each month I’ll try to remember to make a list of fun upcoming National Day’s to share with you all.
